It's me.   Jack and Jill of all trades, Master of none.

Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician-since 2004 (aka  "Cyrian".)   Age 58(in 2010).   Proud Mom of 4 & Grandmom of a growing number of wonderful ‘small people’.  Some college.  More life experience than I'd like to recall. Very warped sense of humor and more.

Trained online for three years to learn this technology, and plan to keep learning. Passed the Microsoft certification, and work with desktops, laptops, networking, hardware, software and some web design. 

Past-worklife includes - bookkeeper, customer service anything, telephone contact repr., sales, marketing and insurance.
